This is the best old school digital watch for your money! 100 meters water resistant. It's very attractive and masculine. My previous one lasted 20 years. This is a Solar Watch. It only requires sun or light to charge. Probably has a crystal quartz to keep perfect time. The watch also adjusts itself back and forth for daylight savings time. This is a bargain price. Back in 2007, the watch costed more than what Walmart is charging here. It's not the best watch. But, it's certainly not the worst. It's in a sweet middle spot. It's the 'Black and Decker' of Watches. Casio makes the best digital watches and also Solar Calculator's, and I have both! You can't go wrong with Casio! Even my old wrist band of the old Casio lasted 20 years. The Solar or Digital components lasted 19 to 20 years. That's a good deal and very reputable. What an impressive looking quality watch!

I like the size of the watch and the band that it has. I like the layout of the watch face because I can see the time quickly.  The solar charging and automatic time keeping are nice feathers. I have had good luck with Casio watches over the years.

Nice tough watch!

The watch came new, not refurbish as did another model that I returned.  I does all it says it does.  The instruction is very small print and it woukd have been nice if Casio put either a link to or the web address for downloading the instructions to .pdf.  I like the atomic time keeping because you know the time is always correct.  I like fact the battery is charged by sunlight and it holds a charge a very long time.  Nighttime illumination (by press of a button) is just bright enough but could be a little brighter and it would be better.  Overall, I find nothing negative or cautionary to report.

Meets and exceeds expectations

This watch is fantastic.  It has so many features.  I like that it is an atomic watch that will keep accurate time and a calendar function.  Plus you never need batteries for it, as the solar cell keeps the watch charged during normal wear.   It allows for multiple alarm settings, stopwatch, as well as a count down.  If your a fisherman it has a moon phase and tide graph....  How cool is that!!

Awesome G Shock with Moon and Tide Phases,  World Time, Atomic Time, Solar Charging. For me the most important was Atomic Time with Moon and Tide information as it helps me plan certain tasks that depend on it.

I don’t have to charge daily like an Apple Watch plus no notifications and distractions.

G Shock Rescue to the Rescue

This is a great watch for the sale price paid. 
Not the cheapest G-shock but a mid level having the solar feature, automatic time set and a more sturdy band with large buttons in case you’re wearing gloves.

Nice looking and rugged.  Everything works as advertised.  Band is quite stiff as is the nature of resin but not a deal breaker.  Excellent value in a solar, atomic watch.

Terrific G Shock watch! Nice size, very comfortable on wrist. Love the moon phase %26 tide charts. Everything works perfectly. Casio is making some terrific watches.

This has been a good watch so far; I wish the band could be a little longer, but it is serviceable.  The watch itself is capable, and provides a decent set of options.

Wathc doesn't look as it is in the first pic, it is more like dark gray. doesn't feel heavy enough to feel good on wrist. Not worth it even for $60.
