coconut oil tastes are very similar so honestly i don't know any difference. however, i chose the item because the company gives back and helps our communities locally and globally and the good price. some companies charge higher help others but not this one. thanks Carrington Farms. hope your busness prosper and you can provide better price and help others continuously.

Organic unrefined coconut oil, I use it every day. It is better to cook with a solid oil, liquid oils turn to transfat when heat is applied. This product is great for any inflammatory condition or autoimmune disease. I am having my daughter apply it to her cracked and bleeding feet.

I guess I didn't realize how big 54 oz was. It will last me a long, long time. It definitely won't go to waste though. I like that it's cold pressed, unrefined and organic. I like that it doesn't have a strong (if any) coconut taste to it that could change how your food tastes.

Holy Crow

I have used this coconut oil for for several years. It is a natural oil for baking any kind of bread. I love the beautiful brown color that I get on an old fashioned skillet of cornbread! I had tried not to use the same fat that my mom used and this is the only one that met the brown crust and natural fat that I wanted.
