This 7-grain gluten-free bread is very tasty. I even prefer it over regular bread now. It has a tiny bit of sweetness to it, it brings out the other flavors. What I do not like is the fact that this particular bread (7-grain) comes in just a bag with a plastic clip that doesn't keep the bag closed and the bread often arrives half open and very dry. One bag was missing a couple of slices next to the "heel." You could see the difference in slice size. Disgusting, unhygienic, and unsafe. I had to throw it away. The other flavors have a sealed inner packaging. They need to package the 7-grain the same way so we can be confident that the bread is safe to eat and hasn't been tampered with. It's very expensive so it's the least they could do.

Works great, tastes great, no allergy issues. Just wish the slices were not so tiny. Although, GF is harder to get that fluff, so we get it. Still a great go-to for daily meals.

Good GF Option

The only thing that I dislike about the bread is the size of the slices and the fact that they are cut too thick. I believe the bread would taste better if it were sliced thinner. The cost is high for my budget as I'm on social security, however my health overrides the cost. 
it would be nice for the Walmart corporation to look into stocking more than one brand of the true gluten-free breads. I know there are other brands available and it would be wonderful for people, like myself, on a very strict budget to find something that tastes better than the other brands that are in the store. I have tried the other gluten-free bread that you stock but the flavor is not near as good as the Canyon Bakehouse.

Best Gluten free bread

Canyon 7-grain sandwich bread is a good choice for a gluten-free bread. Gluten-free bread benefits people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity by improving digestion, reducing bloating, and easing inflammation, but for others, benefits depend on ingredients, potentially offering more fiber, vitamins (B, Iron, Magnesium) from nutrient-dense flours (quinoa, almond, brown rice), and better blood sugar control if low GI. However, some GF breads can be higher in calories, fat, and refined starches, so choosing whole-grain, fortified, or sourdough versions is key for maximizing health advantages. 
I was advised to eat less gluten products so started incorporating gluten-free products into my diet. Gluten-free products tend to be more expensive so I only buy gluten-free bread and cereal. Overall, this bread is a good choice for anyone who wants to try a gluten-free bread that they might enjoy.

Gluten free bread consumer

This is my favorite bread. I have gluten restrictions because I have eosinophilic esophagitis so I have searched high and low for a really good bread and this is it for me!

Needs to be kept frozen which makes the slices nearly impossible to separate.  As soon as I get mine home I put a piece of parchment paper between the slices. Thats the only downfall to this bread. Otherwise its fantastic. I eat it plain, toasted with peanut butter, make grilled cheese, french toast and love it all.

This is great bread. Because it is an item most people do not buy, it is often on the old side. It is still good, but this loaf is hard on one side. It will be ok, just not what it could be if it were fresh! It is worth the $5 or $6 when fresh.  This loaf is not really fresh.

My hopes were high for this gluten-free bread. However, if you plan on toasting it you're OK, but if you're wanting to make a sandwich, it is so dry. It falls apart while you're trying to eat it.

To dry %26 crumbles

This was the worst experience with gluten free bread. It comes from the frozen food section, it’s expensive and then when you eat it, it turns into gum in your mouth…yuck!
I tried to force myself to finish this because it was a lot of money for a small loaf of bread but I couldn’t take it. Just threw it away. There has to be a way to improve the texture.

If you like gummy bread then buy

It’s hard and dry it’s like eating cardboard  and it’s very expensive to me it’s not worth it , that’s my opinion different strokes for different folks
