While there are many flavors of ice cream I like, Breyer's NATURAL Vanilla is by far my favorite and most preferable. It's smooth and creamy, sweet but not too sweet. I can't describe what "natural" vanilla means but to say it's NOT plain ole vanilla. Topped with one of my fav's, fresh strawberries or Dark Hershey's Syrup, or naked, it's to die for.

We feel Breyers is the best value ice cream we can purchase.  It is a premium level product.  Based on a gallon of Breyers it would cost $23/gallon.  Occasionally, we purchase the highest price ice cream at a price equal to $34/gallon, nearly 50% more expensive.  We feel for the price, Breyers is tops!  When ice ceam goes on sale, that will determine which brand we buy.

Although, I'd prefer it to be organic, my comprimise is, if I can't spell it, pronounce it, know what an ingredient is without having to look it up,  and/or it contains a bioengineered food, I DONT EAT IT. , Last time I checked, this is the only icecream avialable at Walmart  (in it's size) that meets my criteria.

I’ve been using this ice cream for a while now. I love the taste. I thought I checked the ingredients and it didn’t have any kind of chemicals, but when I went to buy it the other day, I looked at the ingredients and it had something and I don’t remember what it was, but I decided I can no longer buy this product. I guess when they say all natural, you still have to be careful with that ‘natural’ is.

If it had a little more vanilla flavor and less sugar, it would be really good o, but otherwise it has a nice texture and isn't gummy creamy like some of the ice creams that I can afford. This is like the old fashioned ice milk. For some reason companies are not allowed to call it ice milk anymore. My mother used to buy ice milk a lot and we liked it. It was always a little cheaper than ice cream.

This is the only brand that I have found that doesn’t have corn syrup in it which is what  I have to have.  You are out out every week when I order.  Very rarely do you have it in stock.  
Maybe you should consider ordering more since you run out every week.

Order more Just Vanilla

If product is not kept well below freezing it shrinks, yes shrinks to the tune of about 15% or more, and it’s sold by volume not weight, so useable product is not what was paid for.

I like that they offer an all natural option without 50 unnecessary ingredients or corn syrup but it feels like the entire product is ruined by the tara gum.  It leaves some weird film in my mouth that other all natural options do not.  I really wish they'd just not have included this and it would be a much better product

Something has changed with this ice cream. It left a strange aftertaste, which I found to be  annoying and a big turn off. It used to be really good, but not lately. I hope they haven't changed the ingredients recently which could be causing the bad taste. I am leery about buying this product again due to the strange flavor.

Very Bad Aftertaste

I am getting older and paying attention to ingredients.  I saw this and was like yasss! Well it was a no for me.  It taste like powdered milk almost like that sprinkle butter my grandmas would use in the 80’s and early 90’s. It was a no for me and my kids.
