We assure you that this beer will truly make you feel the tropical taste of the Caribbean.</p> <h3>Our Story</h3> <p>Boquerón Brewing Co, was founded in 2011 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico by Juan Carlos Torres Monllor as the first Nano Brewery on the Island. Boquerón is a barrio (borough) in the town of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. El Poblado de Boquerón, as known to the locals, is one of the main tourist attractions in the southwestern side of the island and the birthplace of this craft beer journey. Boquerón bay and its magnificent sunsets were the inspiration for this unique flavor profile. ¡Salud!</p> <h3>Our Philosophy</h3> <p>Our mission is to create the freshest, highest quality craft beer possible.
