I purchased and returned a Troy-Bilt machine from Lowe's before I got this one. What a difference! This one is 5X faster for cleaning. I recommend this without reservation and I am a picky customer. This unit performs better than my neighbor's machine that cost over $1000. Smooth engine and top quality components. RECOMMENDED!

Great pressure washer

I am definatly happy with my purchase. I bought it for use as a multipurpose tool. I've made my 15yr old fence look like new. Great for washing my truck, specially the rim and tire well areas that never want to come clean. It also removed old paint with no problem.
Now I understand that a 2600psi washer can do this. The big difference is the width of the cleaning stream which allows you to finish your job MUCH FASTER. I purchased the 2600psi model originally. I soon found that only the fine stream jet attachment provided enough pressure to clean my fence. This is a problem because that attachment covers the smallest area, only a quarter size.

Con: intermittent pressure is present for the first few min until the machine warms up. Hose is a little on the short side.

Unfortunately I have been unable to use it. It came in missing most of the necessary parts to use it. Have contacted shipper,but still waiting for parts.

Missing parts

We used this approx. 3 times and now you need to be 2-3 inches away for it to have enough pressure to clean anything. At this rate it would take me a week to clean my sidewalks.Tried all the trouble shooting tips but no better.
 One thing I didnt like when it actually worked was that you can"t adjust the cleaner to water ratio so using cleaner didnt seem to help much. I assume it was the wrong mixing rate.

Poor pump quality

Bought it, had it over a year but only used it a few times. Pump went bad just as I was getting the hang of using it.

Didn't last too long

Bought this pressure washer because of the Honda motor.  Used it 3 x, noticed some black soot like residue.  Called the manufacturer who set me up with my nearest authorized service provider, who didn't like it because I didn't purchase from him, (purchased from Sam's).  He tells me nothing is wrong with it,  SO, I continue to use it one more time about 5 mo's later. Same black soot powder below it.  I call warrenty # again.  This time it's been just over 1 yr since my purchase.  They know the issues I've had and give me the # to a different authorized repair tech in a larger town near me.  He checks it out and tells me the pump has been bad, and whoever worked on it before had removed it and had to know it  was bad.  At this point, when the guy calls the warrenty people for approval, they say it's been over 1 yr and they will not warrenty it.  I called the manufacturer several different times and basically found out that the pumps they put on certain models being sold to big box stores, are not as good as models they sell to other retail stores and mine only had a 1 yr warrenty, when others have a 2 or more yr warrenty.  Buyer beware!   10 hours of use is NOT what I expected from a manufacturer like Honda.

Worked great 3 x.  Got about 10 hours of use.
