Have white carpet, been down 28 years. I weigh 100 lbs & can carry this machine up & down stairs (without water & cleaning solution containers). My carpet doesn't look new after the cleaning but looks very very good. Takes time to do it right but well worth it. Unlike when a professional cleans it, you can do it at a pace that allows you to move furniture & let it dry before replacing furniture.  Just sorry I didn't buy it sooner.

Best carpet cleaning machine out there

Product was pre-assembled, operation instructions were clear.  Picked up a lot of dirt, as evidenced by the dirty water.  When you use it, make sure it's picking up on the vacuum cycles (as evidenced by seeing water come up into the tank).  If it's not, make sure the tanks are installed securely.  The vacuum strokes do an excellent job of picking the water up but do be sure to keeping going over the carpet until not much water is getting pulled out.  I'm glad i bought this model!  I wanted a heavy-duty machine and this certainly is.  I got the BG10 because it's the commercial model - have to buy the hose attachment separately, which i haven't done yet.  Since the machine worked well, i do plan to buy the hose attachment.  The residential model comes with the hose and attachments but i'm glad i went for the commercial (BG10) model.

Easy To Use, not using commercially - at home only! We only have two rooms with carpet which is only a year old, but if you're a clean freak, it's great! - Sure beats renting from a local store where you don't know who or how that machine was used. Worth The Money!

Bissell Commercial BigGreen BG10 Deep Cleaning Mac

The machine was bought for a mid-sized church. The machine has performed excellent, removing years of packed dirt and stains from the main church sanctuary. Church member have commented on how fresh and renewed the carpet look. I give this machine 5 stars. So far, so great!

Professional Grade

This is THE carpet cleaner to have if you have carpets, period. Don't waste time and money with the $150 and $200 models that are okay... but just don't last or perform like this commercial unit. Exactly like the ones you rent for $50 a pop!

BIG Green, Clean Machine!

I have used this carpet cleaner twice (so far) and I am very happy with it. Easy to use and cleans very well. This is so much better than the Bissell ProHeat 2x Revolution (which I own and will now be given away).

Love This Carpet Cleaner

I bought this a week BEFORE I had contractors in to do some bathroom plumbing.  During their visit they spilled purple pvc stuff on my carpet.  They were fortunate that I had this machine as it saved my carpet and their rears!! Highly recommended.  Easy to fill, easy to use and easy to clean up when done.

EASY TO USE AND CLEAN UP

I am satisfies with the cleaner. However, when ordering this it shows that it comes with upholstery cleaning attachments.  After returning one and receiving the replacement - still no attachments. I gave up and order the attachments direct from Bissell.  BE AWARE that attachments will not come with this unit
