I bought this a few weeks ago for my area in a shared commercial kitchen. I had a mop bucket and mop available to me, but I didn't like how after even one use, the mop head would not be as clean as I would like. Also, emptying the bucket was heavy and wasn't great for my back. 
So I tried this steam mop.
It has worked amazingly. My floor area looks cleaner than all the rest, and it has been far easier than any time I had used the traditional mop and bucket. Cleaning steam mop covers is as easy as doing laundry. It has made light work of what was a dreaded chore at the end of the workday.

A back saver that works!

I use it on white ceramic tile and it cleans the grout around the tile better than any steam mop I've used.  It also cleans well around the cabinets and doesn't leave a wet mess

Heavy Duty

The design of our tile floor is rough with small dips.  This steam cleaner made our floor look new again.  Previously, I paid to have the floor cleaned.  Terrific investment.

Best purchase of the Year!

I've only used this once and I liked everything about it. I was done with my tile floors in less than half the time it took me to mop and was much less hassle.

Easy to use

Purchased a few weeks ago.  I really like it better than my old  Shark mop.  I like the way the mop pads fit.  There's no Velcro involved.  It stays on good.  Also love the extra long heavy duty power cord.  This is a good buy.

Best Steam Mop

Great steam mop, we have 1200 sq ft laminate and it works great to deep clean. I only use on medium power because if I do high, it leaves too much water behind. I also swap out the pad half way through because it does start to get wet and smears, especially if there is a lot of dirt. I have 5 boys soooooo there is always a lot of dirt! 4 stars because the scrubber piece in the back is not that great, otherwise it is great! I love the long cord!

Great mop!

I bought this to clean up puppy accidents. The steamer is lightweight and very easy to use. Would have given it a 5 star rating but the cord is a heavy duty exterior type cord and it gets tangled/kinked easily. Despite this fact the steamer is still a great buy for what I needed to do.

Lightweight

I used this Bissell Commercial Power Steamer mop for the first time yesterday. I used it to clean my front porch floor and my house siding. Yes, you heard that right. I was pretty impressed other than the water reservoir is small. It really does clean great and I like that is is just water! The pads are washable which is nice. I plan on using it in my bathrooms soon.

Does The Job

So far so good. I bought this steam mop because it was labeled for commercial use which is where I use it. The only negative thing I have found so far is the water reservoir is to small for cleaning large offices. I have to stop and refill it several times.

Needs larger water Reservoir

I am disappointed with this Steamer Mop for two reasons. One is there was no type of pad to set the mop on when it was hot to let it cool off, this resulted in bubbling up a spot in the clear coat on my hardwood . The other issue is it does not lock in the upright position when you are not using it, so it will stand up but if you brush by it or bump it, then it will hits the floor. These should be standard things with the mop in my opinion.

Disappointed

Looking for a steamer for hardwood floors. Chose this one since all others said the floors had to be sealed. The description for this one simply said safe for hardwood floors. After putting it all together, the instructions that came with it specifically said not to use on hardwood floors that are not sealed. Could've saved myself a lot of time and trouble if they had put it in the description like all the other brands.
