The bites are great if you would like a light breakfast. The bites are small but mighty and are filling. They come in Cinnamon, Blueberry, and Chocolate. It would be nice if Belvita sold individual flavors since blueberry is my favorite. They are so good, you can eat them at any time of the day. They make great snacks! These are worth the purchase.
