This piece came exactly as described. Easy to put remaining pieces together. Solid piece of furniture.

Perfect media center

Well made, goes together very well. Really good condition considering it comes from viet nam, one glass pane has a small stress crack in it. This is solid wood not particle board with a veneer laminated on it.

68” console in black.

The item is very nice. We're very happy with it. The reason for a 4 star is due to the shipping. It came to us broken inside. Thankfully we were able to fix it ourselves so we didn't have to deal with the return of such a large item. The damage was on the interior of the cabinet so it's easy to conceal.

Great item. Sam's needs better shipping.

Like to piece of furniture but it had damage in 2 different spots.  It was too bad but noticeable.  If I’m going to pay what I did for it, I expect it to arrive in pristine condition.

Good merchandise, terrible shipping

Finally after 3 deliveries I have a cabinet ! First delivery arrived damaged .. box was in good condition .. it took 2-3 weeks to pick up this large cabinet and another week to get replacement delivered .. to find this also was defective .. another 2-3 weeks for pick up .. I requested “ white glove” delivery for this new delivery .. which took another 3 weeks .. I was called to set up appt .. 2 days earlier than this scheduled appt happened to stop home at 5:30 pm and a large truck was in my drive .. it was my cabinet! If I would not have stopped home I would have this very heavy cabinet in my driveway 😳 Guys made me sign before cabinet came off truck .. again it’s very heavy and one guy shoved it to guy on ground he was annoyed it was so heavy .. they dropped it upside down in garage .. I stated this was to be white glove and needed to be opened and they refused , and told me I signed , and took off . 
This cabinet was not perfect finish but no large scratches or damage and I was sick of the hassle so I kept it and looks nice .. I ordered the black
Price is great but not sure this is worth the hassle .
Customer service .. though friendly , never folllwed through with what was discussed on phone .. so I would rate their customer service very low .

Where do I start? First one arrived broken. Sams was fast to ship the second one out. Had to chase sams over a month just to get them to pick up the first one. The second one arrived broken also. By this time spending every day on the phone with sams trying to get someone to pick up the first one I said just credit back my account. Now over a month still chasing sams for a credit back for the first. Took over a month to get them to pick them up and now have to do a charge back with my credit card to get my money back on something that I do not have in my possession. Talk about  incompetency with sams club. NEVER AGAIN

RUN the other way!!! Do not do it!!!
