I love the Gazebo, it's sturdy and looks great! The product was really good for Sams's Club. We paid the extra 500 for installation, if we had to do it over again I think we would have done it ourselves, the Installers (3rd party from GoConfigure the main Installation company) were terrible! It was like watching the three stooges. Don't get me wrong, they were nice guys for the most part, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing anymore than we would have, I could here them say things like, "I think it goes here," or "Let's try it here..." They didn't tighten anything, pieces fell off after they left, they threatened to null the warranty because they felt the patio was not level, they didn't even bring a level with them,, they didn't have a ladder because the guy with the ladder had car trouble and couldn't make it, so my husband had to give them our ladder to use and our level.  They were eyeballing it for level, what patio is level? NONE, they all slope for water drainage, duh? My husband brought out OUR level and the instructions, which says the level can be off by up to 1/2 inch, and it was. I would buy this product again, it's wonderful and adds beauty to our patio, however, I suggest having a few friends help you or get someone you know to install it!

Great product, horrible installers.

Awesome gazebo, beautiful design, perfect size for our deck!  A few tips to make your whole experience go much better...

- If you have the ability to pick it up from a local club, DO IT!  I simply texted when I was there and two strapping young lads brought it out to my trailer and loaded it.  It comes in 5 boxes which weigh around 100lbs each. 

- Pick-up also gives you a lot better chance of having no shipping damage and all of the parts.  Everything was in good shape when I got home. I set each box out in order (they're numbered on the box) and opened them one at a time and marked off the contents from the packing slip.  Unpacking this thing takes a few hours to do it right.  They were smart enough to give you one extra of most nuts and bolts, and I needed a few of them along the way.

- Instructions are ok, but some steps are very confusing and difficult to decipher from the black and white photos.  Do yourself a favor and download the BILT app!  There are speaking, color, 3d step by step instructions that are very helpful when needed.  You can rotate and zoom the photo of each step.  

- If you think this is something that you and a buddy are going to knock out one afternoon over beers, think again!  The instructions say it takes 2 people an average of 10 hours.  Ha! I wish.  It will take you two hours to open everything, count it and sort it.  Then it probably took 15+ hours over a few days to get it assembled perfectly.  It all goes together it just takes time.  If you don't have time, pay someone to do it.  You will need two small ladders and I used some rope to tie each side to a tree after it was assembled to keep it upright while working on other parts to connect the sides. 

- Either after you sort the pieces or immediately after assembly is complete, put on two layers of spray or brush Polyeurothane (i used spray).  I read in the manual that this is actually required for the warranty if you have issues with the wood over time.  

I think that is it.

Beauty and a Beast

I had searched for contractors and was given estimates for a gazebo but with the coat of lumber so high i opted to go a different route. For the price of the quotes i purchased the Brindlewood Gazebo and had a large concrete pad for it to be anchored to. Instructions are very clear and helpful with the Bilt App. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic Gazebo

Absolutely what we were looking for. Take your time and follow the instructions. Did not take as long to assemble as we anticipated.

Love it!

The gazebo is absolutely gorgeous. Very sturdy and wasn’t too difficult to put together. It did take 3 of us to lift up the ends and bolt the two together.

Gazebo if perfect for our back patio

This Gazebo is well worth the money, Its made well and beautiful. We hired some guys to put it up took them 10hrs to put it up. You will need at least 3-4 guys to put the gazebo up. We even had them put string lights and a ceiling fan( that all we had to do was plug it in, no wiring required to install this fan.), this fan is made for gazebo's(can be purchased at Lowes.) Also like that this Gazebo came with outlet and USB Panel. Only downside with it is when you have something plugged in it, the cover on it does not close very well. So to protect the outlet from rain we unplug the lights and fan so the cover will close. We also had it bolted into our concrete patio. No chance with high winds it will blow away.  We love it a nice add on to our patio. Love our new outdoor space.

Very impressed!

It is a great looking gazebo!  They say it takes 2 men 10 hours to assemble. Not so, it took 2 men experienced in construction 7 hours the first day and 4 experienced men 12 hours the second day. Finally together and very satisfied. The instructions could be improved somewhat

Great looking... Difficult assembly

Great finished product, but had some issues with assembly trying to get things to line up as the larger pieces came together.  Definitely more than a two person job!  The Bilt app is a must to make sure you're following the details and using the correct bolts/screws, etc.

Gazebo Build

The instructions between the Manual and the bilt app are not consistent On the diagonal measurements and the order of  part assembly.need 2 or more people on some steps.not too bad when it is done.

Brindlewood Gazebo

Very disappointed to say the least given how much I paid. Most boards were warped, screws were missing in the pack on several key ones. I had over $100 in hardware I had to buy to assemble this just from missing pieces. Unreal! I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch or if this is normal. Wish it could have been better for us
