I bought this two weeks ago and used it for both Name Badges and Banquet Tickets for our family reunion.  Easy to use and online samples you can use, just personalize them and print. Worked great for temporary use.  May want a heavier weight for  more permanent or long term use.

The Picture shows side-load and the write-up states rigid plastic. Actually is top load with very flexible plastic. Very disappointed after jumping through all hoops to order online to get what I thought was a great price, only to find out that the item pictured and described was not what I received. Purchased for a class reunion.

The badges tore when trying to rotate the clip orientation. In principle they do the job. The Avery.com design tools were great. Figuring out how the resulting PDF would print was a bit of a challenge, but fortunately we did it in plain paper first as a trial.
