Good price for a very nice laptop. Easy to plug and play right out of the box. Heavier than anticipated but sleek. Works great so far for school and surfing online, and shopping. Good graphics and sound quality.

I purchased this computer for home use and wow was I surprised at the quality! I wasn't expecting much because of the price but I have been amazed at the speed, functionality, and durability of this laptop. I would definitely purchase again.

This computer in every aspect is sufficient. The pros: price point, its light weight, loads fast and audio is decent and I love the lighted keyboard. It can handle basic tasks without issues. I upgraded to Windows 11 out of the box and the hardware handles it well. It reminds me of a Chromebook only running Windows . My complaints would be the display which is kind of opaque. Also the battery life I would rate it as below average. You can't get more than 5 hours per charge. On the bright side it does charge quite fast and the charger is small enough if needed to be traveled with. In my case the selling point for this model was that its easily upgradable which I'm planning to do later on. If you are looking for something decent for basic tasks at a good price I definitely recommend it.

speakers did not work the first day out of the box... tech support couldn't fix had to send for repair.  No offer to replace it with a new one.
