It works as advertised. It was up and running quickly.  I bought it for someone who isn't a gamer, but it will be quick enough.  If you run it stock, it's a great computer out of the box.

I added a M2 SSD.  While they advertised it as being easy, it was a little more difficult than that.  I assumed the case bottom would pop off after removing screws because that's easy.  It doesn't.  It's like every other laptop.  It requires slowly prying the two halves apart with a credit card or a cell phone splitter tool.  Once I knew what was happening, it was pretty easy.  Had difficulty with the mount screw for M2 drive.  I had to wedge it in as I didn't want to force anything.  It worked.  You'll have to use a full size M2 card.  It doesn't have any other mounting holes for securing a shorter card.

We're very pleased with our laptops. Great specs for a very fair price for the quality.

Big hit for teenage gaming kids

Equiped with a Ryzen 5 cpu and a GPU this is a good fit for video production. It has a 512 gb SSD and also 16 gb of memory. I will be using it with vMix. It can be upgraded to Windows 11 Home through windows update. I also purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from another vendor and was able to update through windows. No clean install was required. Very nice build quality. I am quite amazed with how quickly apps install on this computer.

This is really a nice laptop - starts fast, runs fast, stays cool.  I am not a gamer, but I prefer a high performance computer - things just always run better.

Great gaming lap top

I was looking for a new laptop and found this one at Sam’s. The fan does get a little warm and loud when gaming. The performance is great though. I removed the anemic 512 Gb drive and added 2 large drives and bumped up the memory. Upgraded the operating system to Windows 11 pro for workstations. I have had no issues with it.

Great laptop

Good basic gaming machine, but missing some key features I didn't look for. I assumed that a camera and disc drive would be standard, so disappointed to find the machine didn't have either one.

Happy with my Purchase

Comes preinstalled with bloatware and  cpu hog McAfee. For such an expensive laptop it raan lethargically compared to my much older MSI apache. Windows uses too much processing and the display changes resolutions too often.
After a reset the Functin button for turbo mod stopped working. No fan controller so computer runs hot.

Not a good laptop.

Crashes often, was on hold for 3 hours and got a BIOS to load, problem still persists.
