Using these sandwich slices to make a grilled sandwich is great:
Paint the cooking sides of the bread with garlic oil
Place slice into HOT frying pan
Add your meat and cheese
Place second slice on top, with minimal squishing.  Turn it over, and the cheese will start to bind the sandwich together.  Yummy-yum-yum…

Thick Like Texas Toast, Small Like Bread

I have become a “bread snob “ growing up it’s was wonder bread then butter top for decades. Now I’m in my Mid 50s and will not eat anything else but this kind of bread.. I might get the other that they have like this like Hawaiian . But I’m only going to Favorite this one. It’s soft , has a great texture, toasted or not . From PB%26J ( my favorite) lol to a toasted roast beef with lettuce and tomato. Don’t say I didn’t warn you lol . Go be a bread snob with me . We can start a “fan club “ lol I hope yall love it too .

My Favorite

This bread is thicker, and has a thicker texture like Italian bread - but it’s like a sandwich-style bread that’s a little wider than it is tall - it fits right in-between Texas Toast and regular bread, but if you have pre-made garlic oil (olive oil and garlic) - you can brush it on your sandwiches (think any kinds of cold cuts cheeses etc.) and grill them in a hot pan like a Reuben.  I did it with deli pastrami and provolone, and another with prosciutto.  Yum indeed.

Best Of All Worlds

by accident, I had to use Sara Lee Artesano, for Philly cheese stake , and it was perfect. later I toasted it, pinched it into bite sized pieces and put it in a bowl. I then poured the Philly mixture over it. Wow!

Tasty white bread that is just as healthy as the wheat bread I was purchasing. Had this at my daughter’s and fell in like!! A lot of like! 
Although I’ll probably go back to a different wheat, I will definitely be getting my occasional craving fix with the wide slices of this artisan fluffy bread. Makes fabulous grilled cheese and pbj sandwiches.

Lovely artisan sliced bread

This is a tasty and hearty white bread, good for sandwiches or toast. I'd rather it not have soybean oil in it, but otherwise the ingredient list is decent. The bread is soft and tastes better than a lot of other white sandwich breads on the market. The slices are slightly thicker than most and the bread has a nice bite to it, not too soft or too dense.

Tasty %26 Hearty White Bread

This is what I lovingly call my “bougie bread.” It’s soft, slightly sweet, and makes sandwiches feel a little more elevated than standard white bread. The slices are thick and fluffy, and it’s perfect for everything from grilled cheese to morning toast.
Every once in a while, a loaf seems a bit more well-done than usual, which affects the softness slightly. When that happens, it’s not quite as pillowy as I expect.
Overall, though, the flavor and texture are consistently great, and it’s become a staple in my kitchen. If you want everyday bread with a little upgrade, this is it.

My favorite “bougie bread”

If I could give this sliced bread 100 stars for taste I would. It's super good and soft. It makes an ordinary lunchmeat sandwich not so ordinary. The texture is soft and the family prefers this bread over all the others. You can't go wrong with Sara Lee and they also make rolls in this Artesano line. SO delicious!!!!

Artesano is Absolutely Delicious

Honestly this is the absolute BEST bread I've ever had from the store. it's the closest to home baked bread that you're ever gonna get from a store. It's so good that I can eat just the bread with butter and it's so good. i haven't ever been able to do that store bought bread?!

Best bread you'll ever find in a store! DELICIOUS

I am not as fond of these thicker slices of bread - it's too much bread for a regular sandwich.  Now if you wanted to use it in place of a hamb bun or for french toast, it's the right amount of bread for it.  I'd buy it for those reasons.  I prefer their butter bread over this.

Very thick bread slices

This slice of bread is one half the size of normal. Not funny and not going to be buying this again anytime soon. Ridiculous. I am embarrassed to admit to buying this. Will continue to make my own full size loaf of bread.
