The watch would not update, so I couldn't get it to even get to the start screen. And since it's a refurbished watch, apple won't support it beyond the basic troubleshooting, which didn't fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Description says like new but it has two small scratches on the screen. Didn't come with original box and charger cable. Battery life is also above average. Price was competitive.

Overall was a good watch at first and was really excited to get my first watch at a good price. For a first watch I didn’t need the brand new one or anything fancy. Less than a year %26 it no longer works. The battery won’t charge at all! I’ve tried replacing the chargers/ wall plug in to make sure it wasn’t the charger itself.

One thing that is super annoying is the wrist band. You know Apple they decided to "improve" it, but not have a loop you can tuck the end into.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to get an Apple Watch, but on the apple site and everywhere else I look it was so expensive.  This was at least $50 less than everywhere else - and basically the same.  It came in two days - so super quick as well.

Cheap and fast!

So disappointed that I don’t have the plastic on the box. You know when you have a brand new thing it comes with a box but you have to take out the plastic first. That’s how you know that it’s brand new because it was sealed.. I made sure I ordered a brand new one.. I wanted it as a gift for my husband.. hopefully this is brand new. I’m gonna wait for him to open it later. Or else I’m going to return it

Upset

Bought this for my son. Set up was breeze; up until recently the connection was unstable. (used WiFi connection since he have an iphone already) Constant disconnection from the mobile.. Not sure if it was due to the new update. After “forget” and reconnection, it worked as it should. Happy with the purchase.

First purchase of watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my 10 year old. It can be a phone and I can use the GPS to get a location. Was exactly what I wanted. I can program it to only call out and receive from numbers I allow with the family share. Only thing I didn’t realize was it doesn’t have a keyboard to type text messages. You have to talk into it or draw letters one at a time. Otherwise, 👍🏻
