The iPad Air is such a big improvement over a base iPad. The laminated screen makes it feel so much nicer than having that hollow feeling of the cheap iPad. 

Thankfully, you don’t even notice that this is pink, as that was the only color that was on sale. It was a great deal for having 256 GB of storage even though it is the older M1 processor. I am very happy with it.

Only issue I had was with the Apple warranty. It said it had expired back in 2024 because it showed the original purchase date of this iPad is 2023. But I was able to call Apple support and upload a photo of the receipt and the item serial number and they reinstated the warranty for 12 months from the original purchase date which was in mid November.

Works great! The graphics are super clear, everything runs smoothly with zero lag, and it’s just a really snappy device overall. The color is listed as pink, but it’s more of a light rose gold...still pretty, but I’d personally prefer a true pink.

The real unexpected standout is the back camera. It takes fantastic pictures and insane macro shots, WAY better than I ever anticipated from a tablet. Too bad it's kinda difficult to whip an iPad out of your pocket for pictures. However, the front camera has the picture quality of a potato, but I didn't buy it to take selfies with, so that's fine.

And I got it on sale for a price so low that I'm surprised I didn't buy it out of some dude's trench coat in a back alley. Absolute steal.

Couldn't be more pleased!

I was able to transfer all of my data from my 10 year old iPad Air. I had to work up the courage to do it. I’m 81 but I did it and I’m satisfied. I look forward to learning all the things this new one can do. It is beautiful in every way. I got the 256 MB because I have so many pictures and I may download some other things.

Well packaged.  Delivered quickly.  exactly what I ordered.   I had previously ordered the same new iPad air from Amazon but it took 8 days to get it, then it was refurbished and didn't work.  Wal-Mart typically gets it right, and fast - like this time!

Extremely Happy With Wal-Mart

I decided to upgrade my 4-year-old 7th gen ipad to something a bit better. I didn't want to pay for the pro version since it has more than what I need. So I decided to get this 5th gen iPad Air with 256 GB of storage to watch movies, play games, edit videos, and use the stage manager on my Roku TV. This tablet also gets the latest version of ipados and has the M1 chip with 8gbs of ram and 256gb of onboard storage instead of the base 64gb. I am happy with this device and will use it everyday around the house, take on trips to edit videos with an external hard drive that supports USB C or an adapter that is USB C to USB A.

Unfortunately I never received the IPad. Took over 3 weeks to get a response from Sam club.
