I go through so much Soy sauce every month because I do a lot of Asian cooking. I got this idea from a chef that I follow because this is what he uses. I am so impressed with this  brand. I cant stand or stomach the Kikoman brand. if you are lookin  for a little Sweeter and a little less salty give this a try. you wont neb disappointed. I have used this  on Chicken recipes and on  sauce for my dumplings  and for sauce for beef. either way it is a winner

This sauce doesn’t have a large t of extra flavors added. Pure soy. The flavors you add will be able to come through as you want .

Great marinate

Love this stuff. Last time I had to get 6-16 oz bottles somewhere else. This was nice just to buy a gallon at a fair price.

im happy to have aloha shoyu but it is ridiculously expensive. the reasonabky priced bottles were all out of stock.. shipping was 2 days early walmart gets 5 starrs on this order but their market place seller that sold this neess to cut those high prices no bittle if soy sauce should xost $23.00

Did not like how it was delivered, there was a hole in the bottle which leaked about 1 cup of soy sauce! Very disappointed
