Your Allstate Jewelry and Watch Protection Plan covers product failures from normal use and accidental damage including:

• Accidental drops, breaks, spills, and yanks
• Deep scratches, chips or dents
• Cracked diamonds/gemstones up to 0.25 carats
• Lost stones up to 0.25 carats due to defective settings
• Broken, worn, or bent prongs
• Broken earring posts and backs
• Broken settings
• Stretched or broken pearl strands
• Discoloration, including Rhodium plating for white gold
• Broken watch bands, cases, clasps, crowns, cracked crystals, inner movement, or stems
• Battery replacement (watches)
• Liquid damage
• Intentional damage, loss, theft, maintenance, inspections, resizing, or stones over 0.25 carats are not covered.

How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?

Accidental damage protection is covered by Allstate starting on Day 1. Most items come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers product breakdowns (length of warranty may vary by manufacturer and model). If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate Protection Plan, Allstate will cover it.
