The product looks as expected. However, what impressed me as the packaging and construction. We have ordered fireplaces online before that come in damaged due to poor packaging. This packaging was tight, to limit parts moving around, and it was protected  around the inside perimeter with wood specifically made to take any dings from the sids. Impressive! Also, when the fireplace is put together there are no odd joint gaps. Overall, a very nice firplace!

They counsel is very nice. Delivery is horrible they left the box downstairs and delivery was suppose to be to my front door.

Very easy to assemble

Looks really nice once its all put together. Took over 3 hours for my daughter and I to get it together.

Style and great look

Assemble was little tricky but overall good quality for the price.

Nice for my 86 LG Mini LED TV and sound bar.

Powerful little heater and a decent amount of space for storage. It  took a bit of time to construct and additional wood glue was needed to what was provided, but overall it's sturdy and heavy. The fake fire looks cool.

Instructions are not very clear and could have been written better as to which direction a couple of pieces should be facing. I am mechanically inclines and I found the instructions hard to understand on a couple of pages. This was difficult to put together.  Three of the wood dowels cracked the veneer.  It took my wife and I about 2 hours to get it together.

While putting it together we noticed a crack in the top piece above the fireplace,  but finished putting it together because we needed it to put our new 86"TV on. I have several pictures. Not an easy task to return a partially put together entertainment center that weighs almost 100#. Not worth $400 when Menards had them for less than $200 with a remote.

EXTREMELY annoying HUM when the heat is on, to the point we have to turn up the tv.  I will contact Sam's club to review my options.
