Received the chair within a few days of ordering. Instructions were easy to follow. It probably took about 35 -45 minutes to fully assemble once all the pieces were out of the box, unwrapped & spread out in the correct order (took just as long to get everything out of the box & unwrapped as putting together) and read through the directions before starting. It does help to have an extra set of hands when putting the arms on the chair but other than that 1 person could do it.
