This is one of the best Colby jack cheeses. I would definitely recommend.

Best cheese

I purchased the block of colby jack cheese on Wednesday and was opening it on Saturday.  It was all moldy.  It was very upsetting because we live 35 miles from SAMS and made the trip so we could take on vacation this week. Very disappointed.
