this generator comes well packed and it's very easy to set up. comes with everything you need. once you get it running you'll notice it's very quiet and the wheels with the pull out handle. make it very portable. If you want to make your generator quiet in case of a full-blown power outage, this generator is a great place to start. then build a box around it with proper ventilation. Tuck it away into a garage and use the awesome remote it comes with when you need to use it. has a large fuel capacity. you set this up the right way and nobody in your neighborhood will know you have power. it's worth the money

I only used it one weekend to run air and tv's in a 5th wheel. My 22 yrs old Honda  2000 would run one but it gave me it full life for 22 years. So I got this big and heavy guy was a bugger to get it up in the 4X4 pickup in front of the 5er hitch. But I got seven hours out of less than a gal of gas and the remote works from inside my 5er. Will it last as long as the old Honda don't know but for 699.00 before our country starts to fall apart will have 2 more in different parts of our country at my boy's home just in case.

Sweet generator

We purchased this generator to use for off-grid camping. It starts easily, and it adequately powers our camp trailer. Also, we have had some unexpected powers outages at our residence, and this generator has been used to power appliances during the outages. We are very happy with our purchase.

I picked up a Westinghouse generator for motocross weekends and camping, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with it. It fires right up, runs smooth, and is quiet enough that it doesn't annoy anyone at the track or campsite. I use it to charge batteries, run lights, power tools, and even a mini fridge with no issues. The runtime is great — I don't have to constantly worry about refueling — and being able to switch to propane is super convenient when gas isn't easy to get. It's solid, easy to roll around, and gives me reliable power wherever I go.

Great product should have purchased earlier

We bought this for use with our camper. We like to go where there is no electrical hookup so we decided on this particular model. It works like a DREAM ! It's extremely quiet for a generator and it ran our camper perfectly. I am HIGHLY recommending it with 5 ***** :)

Amazing generator !

Decided that this generator was by far a much better choice than a solar battery.  Solar batteries do not have the versatility that this generator has.
We have it for power outages.  It is on a cart and I connect it by a commercial garde extension cord to the outside socket on the house wall and have other extension cords in the house that power TV, Lights and fridge on ECO.  Easy to start and i\quiet. The price at Walmart is right!  The entire package was about $1,100 vs. over $16,000 for a solar battery installation-a no brainer, even for me.

Pleased as Punch!

I bought this after going through a hurricane with a smaller and louder generator. I wanted something with more power and that wouldn't rattle the house or keep me awake all night. This is the perfect generator for a single guy. Ran 1 fridge, 1 freezer, 2 A/C units, and entertainment needs without an issue.

Very Quite and love the remote starter

I just purchased the Generator.  I've performed the 5 hour break in period as described in the owners manual.  So far everything is operating as expected and I am happy with my purchase.  The only draw back is the tight access location of the oil drain plug.  It could be better positioned for easier access to change the oil.

Great Features

I bought this because it was on sale. I got it and it smelled like gas and there was oil remnants in it. Next, the oil cover will not properly shut and hangs open. Also, there in a scratch/dent in the number light-up area. I am 100% sure that Walmart/Westinghouse sold me a USED/REFURBISHED product and in the description it was supposed to be NEW. Also, it's pretty funny that I bought it, and the next day the price was back to normal. I think they lowered the price to get rid of the used product.
