We had not tried this brand of queso shredded she's designed for quesadilla and other Mexican Delights. Sure enough it worked great in my enchilasagna, it works great for nachos and quesadillas and I suspect anything else you'd want to use it for. It has a very mild flavor and is extremely meltable!

This is some of the best cheese that I have evet used making everything from enchiladas to Tacos, besides just those ethnic dishes there's so many more that they can be used for. I would strongly suggest to give it a try today you won't be sorry trust me I think I'm working on my fourth bag I hope that Sam's continues to carry this it goes great on everything including scrambled eggs
