Naturade Total Soy Chocolate Meal Replacement

I have been using this for over a year to help maintain my weight loss. It is especially good made in a blender with a banana and lots of ice. I can't live without it.

Great taste

If you take 2%milk in a plastic drink glass mix to scoops of total soy with a small hand blender and you have a great chocolate milk shake for breakfast takes you until lunch  with out hunger I lost over 50 lbs with the help of a heathy snack  at three a one portion evening meal. Some times now in the evening  just before bedtime I have about 4 ounces. Reminder Portion control and moderate excise will make you feel like you are not on a diet. Warning it is addictive. Sams sell out quickly .

I bought this item online because I was having difficulty locating it in large supply in stock.  I have used it before and enjoyed it greatly.  It is exactly as advertised.  My shipment arrived in less than half the estimated shipping time, which was reasonable.  I am delighted and will use the online service to order other products and items.  I could not be more pleased.

Perfectly described!

I have been using this product for 6 years.  I have added fruit up to it, flaxseed, and I have recently added 100 percent cocoa to make it an really chocolatey shake.  I add unsweetened almond milk and ice to make a thick shake.  I have used it as a meal replacement at night to help control my weight and it has worked.  I am 63 years old and highly recommend this as a meal replacement for weight loss.  ( I like it as it is but i love to make it better by adding the fruit, or cocoa or peanut butter and the flaxseed is good for my heart)

Love this product

I have used it as a meal replacement for 3 yrs lost 75 lbs and keep it off not hungery for 6 to 7 hrs. When i ordered it it was delivery date of the 1st but took till the 6th to get here. Also in NM there is no sales tax on food they taxed it but when i got it at store they never tax it.had to go to club to get it taken care of. But did get tax refunded

Meal replacement

My go to every morning for breakfast after workout. It tastes great on its own, with a frozen banana, peanut butter or other additions. It's filling and has a good amount of protein. If you're a “Noomer”, you'll know what I mean when I say it's green.

I have been unable to find this in the Sam's stores in the last year or two.   Glad it is still available.

There is no other shake better than this one. I have tried almost every shakeout there, and nothing compares.  There is no after taste, and it keeps me full for hours.

I like the flavor can be used alone with almond milk or blended.  My favorite is peanut butter and banana with come kale and almond milk.

Good flavor

I do not like the chocolate it does not mix well.  I usually get the vanilla.  The vanilla is great mixes easy.  You were out of the vanilla at the time.
