Stella Rosa Watermelon Semi-Sweet Rose Wine is a proprietary blend of several white grape varietals including White Moscato (an indigenous grape variety from Piedmont), and a touch of Barbara for color. The wine has natural flavors of watermelon that are created using a distillation process of Italian fruits grown in southern Italy. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to create an off-dry Rosé, busting with fresh flavors and natural carbonation. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural, fruit-forward cocktail. This flavor pairs wonderfully with light salads, such as Greek or Caesar, as well as savory appetizers like edamame or jalapeño poppers. For dessert, pair it with coconut cream pie! One of my absolute favorite wines!! Love Stella Rosa and can’t wait for the warmer temps to open up a bottle of Stella Rosa Watermelon again!  Add a few mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.

My favorite of all the Times, I just need to text my husband I’m down and not feeling have he knows exactly the assignment. ❤️ I’m a mom of 3 don’t judge your girl. A glass of Stella makes me feel good.

I've tried many of the Stella Rosa Moscato flavors and this one is by far the best! I only drink sweet and sparkling and this is IT!!!! I will go out of my way to find this wine!!! It's not overly sweet for those who don't like sweet....it's perfect!!! Please don't stop making it!!! I especially love it in the aluminum bottles I find at a particular store....I just wish I could find the aluminum bottles in more stores.

I love the taste of this wine. It is not tart at all and it isn't too sweet either. It is also a low alcohol wine and pairs great with fresh fruit. I find it to be so refreshing compared to other wines. The watermelon flavor is so good I can't wait to try their other flavors. I definitely recommend to the wine drinkers looking for a more refreshing taste other than tart or sweet. It kinda reminds me of champagne but taste wonderful.

Stella Rosa is the absolute best!! This Watermelon White Wine does not disappoint!! I normally do not like white wine but I did enjoy this!! I just feel like you can't go wrong if it has Stella Rosa on the bottle!! Everything by them so far is exceptionally great!!

Stella rosa did not disappoint in this flavor either.  It is light perfect for summer time. Cut up some fresh watermelon and add it to your glass. I think the wine is perfect no need to change it. I am a repeat customer.  I have tried several other wines but I always go back to Stella.

This wine was just okay—nothing to rave about. I usually love watermelon flavors, but something about this one felt a little off. It wasn’t as sweet as I expected and leaned more on the dry side. Drinkable, but not one I’d rush to buy again.

Ehh it’s okay.

Not a fan. I was so excited when I saw this flavor that I got the bottle to try. It did not meet my expectations and is actually the worst fruit wine I’ve ever tried. I won’t be buying this one again and probably won’t ever try another watermelon flavored wine again. Highly disappointed.
