Stella Rosa Red Semi-Sweet Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals. The wine is combined with natural flavors of ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, and red plum. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of ripe raspberry, wild strawberry, and red plum. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural, fruit-forward cocktail. To create Stella Rosa Wines, the Riboli family chose the region of Asti, a province in Piedmont, Italy, as the source for its aromatic grapes, which have become the hallmark for the Stella Rosa style of wines. Good

Tasty. Never had it before today (March 23, 2026). Unexpectedly pleasant. Slight effervescence, rich red color, as they say hints of raspberry, strawberry, elderberry. Relatively low alcohol makes it easy to drink and also not get too high.  Glad I found this and will buy it again.

This is so good! Has a great sweet but not to sweet balance. It's so smooth, gives you great servings, smells amazing and is overall smooth. I love that the flavors are not so complex.

Stella Red- Great

This wine is sweet and light, it is not bitter and you can use for cooking it works amazing in a potroast! I love a glass by itself or with cheese, meats, or sweets! No nasty aftertaste, it is very berryful!

A Delightfully Sweet & Refreshing Wine!

I'm not typically a fan of red wine but there are some that I do enjoy. This is one of them. Stella Rosa is very good and making their wine smooth. I tend to get slight heart burn from this but that is due to the fact of it being a red wine. Love sipping on this with a nice dinner.
