Stella Rosa Pink Semi-Sweet Rose Wine is a propriety blend produced primarily from the Moscato grape with various other varietals. This blend results in a vibrant pink characteristic and flavors of strawberry and rose petals. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to create a refreshing wine, busting with fresh flavors. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural, fruit-forward cocktail. Food pairings: Gorgonzola and Brie cheeses, seafood linguini, braised salmon, black cherry chocolate cake, berry tart. This is my favorite wine! It’s sweet, but not too strong, you can barely taste the alcohol yet it definitely does the job for pre-gaming or just a night in with friends. Everyone I’ve shown this to has loved it, the bottle is empty in seconds it’s so good and fruity.

Let’s be honest? We bought it for the pretty bottle in hopes of very sweet berry flavor. To be honest? This did not disappoint. My boyfriend didn’t like it as he said it’s way too sweet for him, however I loved it. It’s very sweet and has a great berry flavor. It’s sparkling and I love it a-lot. It’s sweeter than cupcake wine. It’s very enjoyable.

This wine is so amazing. It’s refreshing, really sweet wine. Worth every single penny! This brand makes high quality sweet wines. So if you are looking or struggle to find good sweet wine.. this is it!! And the price is great! All the flavors are great.

I usually drink the Moscato from Stella Rosa because it's sweet and sparkling. However, I took a chance on the Berry Rosé and was not disappointed. It's just as good, if not better than the Moscato. I will be buying more Stella products in the future

Stella Rose pink is an excellent sparkling wine choice. If you're not big on alcoholic drinks this is the choice. It is semi sweet, Has floral notes , fun and can be drunken anytime. It's good cold and nice to drink when entertaining a special someone or listening to music enjoying the mood.

I love Stella Rosa whenever I want a very sweet wine! This is good for someone who's not into drinking, or a beginner. It was bubbly and sweet, with a nice aftertaste as well! It had a decent alcohol percentage!

As far as wine goes it is mediocre at best I definitely wouldn't purchase it again you definitely need to improve upon the taste and overall quality I am so glad it was a gift and I didn't waste my own money please let me know if you improve the product

Eh it’s ok. I feel like I’m drinking a bottle of sugar as opposed to a rose wine. It’s very sweet for me but also as sweet as it is, I don’t get that wine buzz from it. I always feel sick the next day from drinking overly sweet wines but I think it’s because of the sugar content. Wouldn’t purchase again.
