I love this chili! Its flavor is robust without being too spicy and it stays thick even when heated (it is never runny). It also never has a skim a fat on the top of the can so you could just take it out of the can, stir it, and use it as a tortilla chip dip.

I do not  make my own chili anymore this is the best tasting chili in a can just add some chopped onion and top it with shredded cheese and some corn bread so so good

Stagg chili

There are times when you just need a can of chili with beans. I’d never heard of this kind until last year. I was so surprised with the taste and it almost tastes homemade. If I want it spicier, I can just throw in spices, but this is fine just as it is. I really look for this all the time. It’s consistency is thick-not runny and it’s just worth it to have some around.

Great chili!

I'm not a fan of canned chili but my hubby loves it on his hot dogs with lots of mustard and onions....and let's not forget the chili!  This brand does it all!

Best chili!

I really enjoy the quality and flavor of this chili. Because it is a little pricier, I don't often just eat it as chili. I use it for chili dogs or a topping for my baked potatoes. That let's it go a little farther than if I chow down on just it. However, it's good enough to do that. I'm really grateful I can get this through Sam's because a lot of local grocery stores don't carry it.

Excellent Taste

Acceptable canned chili, but tastes like a lot like most others. By far the best canned chili available is Wendy's Great flavor with good tomato base and lots of higher quality beef. Sam's had it for a while and we were buying it by the case. Then they suddenly dropped it at our store even though they still carry it in other stores. they won't transfer it to our store or ship it, so we're quite frustrated. So if you can't get Wendy's, this one is a barely acceptable substitute.

A bit better than most but not by much!

I did not think this was that special.  It looks so good on the box with the peppers and everything, but honestly, it was much different than Hormel chili, which I would never buy to eat as it is.  Wendy's is by far my favorite, and Marie Callender's isn't bad, but this was not that great.

Every can of chili was dented and one of the bottles of dressing was leaking with a broken cap. Very disappointing. The two items were in a large box with no cushion wrap or packing material to protect the contents. The box was too large for the contents, so items were obviously damaged in handling.

Poor packing of delivery order

I was impressed with the label on the can, it looked so fresh and healthy so I thought I would give it a try. We love Chili.  I was very disappointed when I opened the can and tasted the Chili.  It had a very odd taste to me and I had to return it to Sam's, I was unable to eat the whole can..

Not what I expected, not fresh tasting at all.

I was a bit disappointed with this chili. When I opened the carton to grab a can there was dried chili on every one of the cans which looked gross. The chili itself was ok but not something I will ever buy again. It tastes like it is missing an ingredient or two.
