I love the already peeled garlic.  I put in the food processor with olive oil, after it is minced, I put in ice cube trays and freeze.  Great to have on hand.  Price is also great!

Spice World Fresh & Peeled Garlic.

For the price of this garlic gets a no-brainer. It's already peeled but you have to be careful, it will get moldy after about a week.
I oven bake for 3 pounds and a quart of extra-virgin Ottawa and then freeze the garlic. Very delicious.

Very good garlic

I buy this garlic often, when I'm cooking a large quantity of middle eastern foods for my family. I store the leftover garlic by vacuum sealing whats keft. Thats lets you keeps it ifresh n the frif for several weeks.

Love the garlic

Great product - I freeze the bag and then use it for my meat sauce and anything else where garlic is required. I just grate it in my pot as I am cooking. It keeps well int he freezer for a while!! Much easier than peeling whole garlic cloves

Great Product!!

My family and I love garlic and the health benefits that it provides, so being able to buy a large bag that's already peeled is a Godsend! Anytime I want to flavor any dish with garlic (or extra garlic,In our case) , I have a whole bag at all times. Sure saves time in the kitchen, especially if you own a small vegetable chopper.

Right at your fingertips

Great price for a lot of garlic.  I process it in a food processor with a little olive oil and place scoops on a tray to freeze for cooking.  Works great and less expensive than buying a head of garlic weekly and easy to use.

I do not and will not ever buy garlic pre-minced in a jar. But this pre-peeled is wonderful. Taste exactly like garlic should but I don't have to sit there and fiddle with peeling all the bulbs. As soon as I get the giant bag I fill up a couple of jars and place them in the freezer so I always have peeled garlic ready to use for cooking.

Yay, no more peeling

I chop the garlic in a food processor, mix with a little evoo, put in a freezer bag, flatten, make little squares on the outside of the bag using the flat side of a long knife and put flat in the freezer. When I need garlic, I just pinch off the number of squares I need. It keeps a loooooooong time.

The cloves were fresh, firm and cleanly peeled, which saved me a lot of prep time.
To make it even more convenient, I crushed the garlic, portioned it into small cubes in a ziplock bag, and stored it in the freezer for long-term use. It freezes very well and keeps its strong, fresh flavor. Now I can easily grab a cube whenever I'm cooking.
I will definitely buy this again.

I have purchased these before and they lasted months in my fridge . After ONLY 3 DAYS of purchased they begin to get mushy I had to rinse off slim and freeze them VERY DISATIFIED WITH RECENT PURCHASE AT FULL PRICE NOT ON SALE!!
