A complete set of terms and conditions is available at southwest.com/gift-card/. Gift card is nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. Gift card is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Protect the card like cash. For balance check, call 1-866-393-2081. Activation or use of Southwest gift card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions on southwest.com.

You will receive a confirmation email from SamsClub.com within minutes of successful order placement.

A second email from SamsEV@e-deliverygroup.com with access to your Code is usually delivered within an hour or, at most, within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Sam’s Club or your credit card company.

  2. Visit southwest.com, go to any Southwest Airlines ticket counter, or call Reservations at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA.
  3. Provide the gift card number and security code (PIN) when prompted.

Redemption Online at southwest.com:

If you wish to redeem your gift card online at southwest.com, please follow these steps:

  1. Select all desired flights and enter passenger information.
  2. Proceed to the payment information section.
  3. Under the "Do you want to apply travel funds?" section, click on "Apply Travel Funds."
  4. Enter the gift card number and security code (PIN) in the designated location.
  5. Click on the "Apply Funds" button.
  6. The amount on the gift card will be deducted from the total.
  7. If there is a remaining balance, you will need to use another form of payment to cover it.

I was able to use eGift Card within an hour of my purchase and was able to purchase tickets immediately without issues. Just for information Southwest only accepts 3 Gift Cards for each purchase, so if you have multiple tickets to purchase buy them separately for extra savings.

Scam and theft

DO NOT PURCHASE! Gift cards was never delivered despite Sam's club sending me a delivery confirmation. multiple calls confirmed they sent the confirmation and no gift card was tied to my order. I kept either getting transferred to gift cards specialist where the call would drop before reaching anyone or they would claim someone will contact me within 48 hours. Refused to refund me even though it they are able to confirm they sent delivery confirmation but nothing was actually delivered or associated with me order number. Claiming they are unable to refund gift cards. However that would be true if they actually delivered a gift card to me for which they never did. Total scam and theft.

    Southwest Airlines e-gift cards

    I haven't had the opportunity to use my e-gift cards yet, however I bought them to use at a later date. I'm even more delighted that I was able to purchase them using my Sam's Club gift cards that I earned from my employer's health incentive program. I'd like to see more gift card choices like this.

    A great way to save on airfare! Using $200 gift cards allows you to book airfare saving a some dollars thanks to the discount offered by Sam's Club. You are allowed to use a total of three forms of payment, gift card, credit, or debit. By booking each way separately, I was able to pay the round trip airfare for three people using the gift cards and one other form of payment. These gift cards were delivered electronically, and arrived within a couple of hours time. The gift card numbers with their included PIN number, can be used immediately.

    Fast and easy way to save!

    Buying an eGift Card is a great way to save a few extra dollars on Southwest Airline tickets. I was able to order and pay for he eGift Card and I received it in my email within an hour or so. Then I went out to buy my airline tickets. It was easy. Just make sure you pay attention to the limitation on the number of gift cards you can use on a purchase.
