We’d been putting off getting a trampoline, but so happy we did.  We went with the 12 foot because that would fit better in our yard.  It is plenty big for our 3 kids.  They love it and use it everyday.  He basketball hoop is a fun feature, but we weren’t able to get it very tight htnhe kids still use it a lot.  2 or is we’re able to get it together in 2 hours.

Exactly what we wanted!

We bought this for our 8yr old Grandson for his birthday and he loves it and the extra features it has, he loves basketball, and loves kicking his soccer ball at the target at the bottom of it his friends thinks it pretty cool also. This was a great purchase.

Great features, easy to put together, well made

I bought this as a birthday gift for my nine-year-old grandson. I needed another adult for about two minutes but otherwise he and I put it together. It is well constructed and directions are straightforward. To complete everything, it took 3 to 4 hours. Came out well. My daughter says it is great outdoor fun for the lad and his 4 year old brother. I am so very happy to hear that.

Trampoline anyone?

We purchased this trampoline for a family cookout to give the kids something to do.  It was delivered just 5 days before the big day.  The guys who delivered it said it would take several days to set up.  We did not have several days.  My son and daughter-in-law set it up in just over 2 hours.  Needless to say, it was a huge success and the kids had a blast.

Easy to assemble

I will state that we haven’t had it long.. time will tell how it holds up. 
However, so far so good. Very satisfied with this trampoline. Not hard putting together. It’s the perfect size. Kids love it! I like having the extra safety sides and the zipper to fully close. The added basketball hoop and soccer net was a good little bonus.

Perfect

I bought this for my two kids and they absolutely love it. It took about 3 hours to setup but it was pretty simple. I especially love the enclosure as my youngest is 2.

Great Buy

The trampoline itself is nice and a good value. The frustrating part was attempting to put it together on Christmas Eve for a wonderful Christmas day surprise and finding out multiple parts were missing. NO customer service support. The live chat rep (not from USA) told us our best bet was to return the product and get another one. Obviously missing the point of getting me parts quickly that I shouldn't have had to scramble for to begin with. We had ordered online and had delivered directly to us so returning it and getting parts quickly was really not even an option. Just frustrating. Maybe develop a program for quick parts delivery if you continue to sell online and ship direct. Quality control before shipping perhaps?

Missing Parts!!

I ordered the trampoline online n it shipped very fast however Christmas Eve when my husband and I put it up for the kids it was missing springs . IT WAS A HASSLE TRYING TO GET THIS EXACT TRAMPOLINE IN STORE. I end up having to pay The the difference of almost $100.

Missing Parts

I purchased a trampoline for my niece for Christmas on December 9th which I received in a timely manner.  I started to assemble on December 20th, to my dismay,  I found that there was no t bar and NOT one spring included in the carton. I immediately called Sam  customer service and was informed that a replacement  would be delivered on December 21 st.  As of December  26th, I still have not received the replacement trampoline.  I had to go out on Christmas eve to purchase a toy for my niece,  being that the trampoline was my only toy gift for her. OH ...FEDEX  came today to pick up the defective trampoline,  TWICE.  The last guy was not aware that it had been picked up, I showed him receipt and asked if he knew about replacement delivery trampoline which he stated he did not. So...... I am still waiting,  the 5 year old niece has called twice daily since December 20th only for me to have to tell her, " no it's still not here "  Sams need to do a better job about communications and service with the vendors and couriers that they select to service their customers.

No Christmas Joy Here !

The trampoline came missing a link on the actual trampoline portion so putting it together was crazy. Even through trying to put it together the parts were just poorly manufactured.
