This is ,by far, the best pressure washer I've ever owned!  The pressure is VERY good.  It ran flawlessly!  I've had it for a couple months now and I love it!  I wish my old one had quit sooner!

Don't waste your time and money on other pressure washers.....buy a Simpson!

Simpson has always been great. This one worked twice. After that... no power. Called 800 number, and they were ZERO help. Taking it back.

Typically great. Guess I got a lemon.

Extremely disappointed with this product.  Extremely difficult to get started and keep running.  I pulled the engine starter so many times the handle broke off.  Good luck fishing the string back out to tie a new knot to hold the handle on.  Stalls repeatedly while using and takes about 20-30 pulls to get started again.  Arrived with both tires flat and only one tire holds air.  I would absolutely NOT recommend this product!

Fell Apart on First Use

Purchased this power washer from Sam’s in O’Fallon Illinois 2 weeks ago.  Runs as advertised, power is great, the design and hose hookup are located where the hose will not come in contact with the exhaust. The major problem we have is that the surface cleaner was NOT in the box.  The box did not show any signs of tampering and it was delivered to our home since we ordered online from Sam's.

Missing Part

I bought this 6 months ago. Ive used it exactly 5 times. It no longer starts.
