Normally we drink Almond milk but they were out and I had previously tried oat milk so I grabbed one. I liked the texture. Worked great in cereals and smoothies -The flavor was spot on - I did use this for cooking because I was out of powdered and found it does have a flavor to it that you would not encounter with real milk, not sure I would suggest in simple recipes.
