Husband recently diagnosed as a diabetic and has to watch his carb count. He misses his large serving of rice. I measure out his rice allowance and make little musubis, wrapping 1 teaspoon of rice with each sheet. He feels like he’s getting plenty rice. This seaweed has a very low carb count. Stays fresh because each tub of sheets is individually packaged. Tastes good. Convenient. Grandkids love it, too.
