The mattress I selected was well worth waiting a couple of weeks for as it was made after I put in my order. Exactly what I was hoping for. Feels like a cloud but is also firm. Don't know how they accomplish that but sure do appreciate it. The price was excellent for this quality and FREE shipping.

Feels like you are on a cloud

I have had the best sleep of my life since I got the Serta Perfect Glenrose model. The mattress is firm yet soft to the touch. nothing to press on any body parts. The delivery and set up was flawless and they took away my King size mattress and box springs. I have the new mattress on the Box Spring replacement frame and I love that also. So easy to set up, probably 5 minutes. I like that it is high enough to put items under. I can use a King size bed cover (my mattress Queen) and it will go all the way to the floor and I won't even need the skirt. I love this mattress and was so lucky to be able to get it on sale but I would have paid full price for the sleep I have had with this mattress.

The best

Haven't been in town to take advantage of my new mattress but 3 or 4 nights, but what time I have been able to sleep in it....I LOVE it! I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and cervical disc problems. I have felt more rested when I have awakened those 3 or 4 mornings than I have in a LONG time! I would definitely recommend this mattress.... at this point.

Viewed the Serta Glenrose Queen mattress on line and was looking for different mattress to see if it could help with my lower back pain that I had every morning. The local Sams Club had the mattress on display and I gave it a store evaluation; not enough to determine if it would help me or not. Sams had a return policy of up to 60 days; figured that would be enough time to evaluate. Ordered on-line and received free delivery which was outstanding. Tonight will be my 8th night of sleeping on the new mattress; guess what? no lower back pain..time will tell.

Excellent buy and very comfortable.

We are very happy with our new mattress. It offers firm support but with the cushiony feel of the plush top. Exactly what we were looking for. We waited overlong to purchase a replacement for our current mattress and are super glad that we decided to go for the Glenrose model. We love it! Not only is the mattress perfect but purchasing thru Sam's Club on line was a super easy process. The delivery company was very attentive and experienced. They even took away our old mattress. Easy Peasy! It was a wonderful purchase for us!

Very comfortable firm mattress with plush top

Originally bought the Wincroft.... EXTREMELY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. The return policy Sam's Club offers worked well and the Glenrose was purchased. Very happy with the Glenrose.

Awesome bed the perfect firmness with a touch of softness. So great I bought another for my guest room. Now my guest wont leave Ha Ha!

great mattress

This is an update to an earlier review, I saw this mattress in my Sam's club store it looked good and felt good as I laid on it, it is more costly than most of the other mattress' in the store but it felt great. I came home and after months of procrastinating I ordered it from Sam's.Com. The delivery was a little long but over all everything went great. I received the mattress in late December.
First night on the mattress I knew it was too soft for me but the wife loved it and I went along with the program (the things I do for this woman yyyyyyyy?)
After a few weeks of sleeping on the mattress we found ourselves rolling into each other in our sleep(the mattress had concaved in the middle and she liked the closeness (I couldn't believe it). last week she wakes up and tells me that her arm feels numb and has felt that way for a few nights, I told her so had mine (I have some medical issues and thought that may have been the reason for the numbness, but she has none). It took awhile but we had finally figured out the mattress was a bust. I called Sam's Club.Com today and told them of my issues with the mattress and was told that they would pick the mattress up and return my money. That was as much as a reasonable person could expect and I'm waiting to see what happens next and how long this will take but I'm extremely happy with the lip service. I will immediately go to Sam's Club and purchase another mattress, I think I love this company.
