Select Surfaces Grand Canyon Molding Kit

This molding kit is designed to complement Select Surfaces™ Laminate Flooring in Grand Canyon (980283081). Each kit contains four moldings, each 44" in length. These moldings are easy to install and will add the finishing touch to your new floor. There are two T-moldings per kit. T-moldings ensure a smooth transition between two areas of the same level, such as ceramic laminate. There is one reducer per kit. Reducers are designed to ensure a natural transition from laminate flooring to a lower surface such as vinyl tiles or thin carpeting. There is one endcap per kit. Use the end caps to ensure a perfect transition from laminate flooring to a higher surface such as ceramic tile or carpet. Each kit comes with fastening clips and 16 screws. The moldings are easy to install and there's a free installation guide included with each kit. The Select Surfaces molding kit is very nice. It comes in multiple sizes that can be used for many purposes. It can be use to transition laminate flooring to higher or lower surfaces and also between two surfaces of the same level. The look is beautiful and truly appears to be real wood. This product I’d great with laminate flooring!

I received a sample kit but the finishes were nice and glossy and the trim matched up well with the flooring.  The floor plank had a nice foam backing that should help deaden sound/knocking and reduce movement. There are several colors to choose from to suit different color palettes.

Super thick laminate wood flooring with attached moisture barrier. I love this flooring. The flooring comes with matching moldings that are also of good quality. This is not the cheap laminate flooring you find in most stores or outlet.  You will not regret investing in this flooring.

Grand Canyon Laminate floors

The moldings packs listed here and sold at Sam's are actually nice quality and of appropriate dimensions for single doorways. Select Surfaces sells 8 ft sections of their moldings direct on their website, intended for large transitions from open rooms etc. I ordered a few and they are of considerably different dimensions than those sold at Sam's and I'm trying to decide if they cause enough of a trip hazard to just throw away $80 worth of moldings. I emailed customer service and they basically told me to pound sand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit comes with t moldings, reducer, endcap piece for stairs transition, clips, screws and anchors. It is everything you need for floor moldings (other than round molding). I had to replace some moldings around my house as they are chipped and worn in the high traffic area. It was very easy to replace and install. The pattern is random and realistic.

Best quality molding kit I've ever had in my possession

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay - so I would never order this myself, but it came so here goes. I despise this stuff. It’s fake wood and screams fake and plastic. You know it’s fake plastic cheap stuff from 200 feet away, you catch even a glimpse of it and you’ll feel insulted and ashamed. I’d pass and never talk about it again.
