It has a spacious interior with plenty of room for groceries, and the flexible compartments make it easy to keep everything organized. The water dispenser refills itself and it’s nice to drink cold clean good tasting water from the pitcher. The first thing that impressed us was the incredible storage capacity. With 29 cubic feet of space, there's plenty of room for groceries, beverages, meal prep containers, and everything else a busy household needs. The flexible shelving and well-designed compartments make it easy to stay organized, and we no longer struggle to find space after a large grocery trip.

The modern technology is another standout feature. The refrigerator is packed with smart capabilities that make everyday use more convenient. The Beverage Center is a great addition, providing easy access to filtered water while keeping the exterior looking clean and sleek.

Exceeded our expectations

I loveeee the middle drawer that you can change the need for. The freezer is really big and easy to clean. The temps are easy to control and change as needed. It’s helped reduce our electricity bill compared to our old fridge. It’s really nice to look at as well ! And easy to clean.

Great fridge! So roomy

After a couple tries we got the right one.  Very happy with how the doors seal when opened and closed and the ai aspect of notifications .  Love the convertible temperature drawer and the spacious interior of the refrigerator .  Only reason I gave it a 4 is we are ice hogs, and the ice maker has a little trouble keeping up with our demands.  Weve added a couple ice trays for cocktails.  
Its quite and the interior water picture is a plus.

The Ice box takes too much freezer space. Its design should be reconsidered to avoid taking too much space. 
The water jug and dispenser also are also sub-optimally designed as they take quite a bit of space. whilst appreciate the effort to present a seamless exterior I think an external water dispense is better. One also has to hold the door while filling a container with water to avoid it the door open and hitting again a wall etc.
The sections to open the freezer and the storage compartment below the fridge are dirt traps - food crumbs etc fall into the wedge which requires frequent cleaning.
I dont like the black sections on the side of the fridge, i think these should have been covered/ concealed to present a fully stainless steel appearance.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the fridge and regret the purchase, the RF28R7201SR would have been a better purchase.
