The tv we had didn't have a great picture and I wanted a larger screen. This tv is great! Perfect size and picture and sound! It came by FedEx, no damage as I had seen in other reviews. Totally satisfied.

Great picture, easy to mount on wall... Quality I expect from Samsung... This Tv replaces an existing Samsung that was damaged beyond repair by lighting...

My second purchase

I purchased the Samsung 55" Class 1080p LED Smart TV just before Christmas.  I was not expecting delivery until after Christmas, but it arrived ahead of time.  The TV has a wonderful picture, I'm very pleased with it.   I also purchased the Square Deal coverage, which included setup for the TV along with some repair coverage.  They came and setup the TV and had it up and running in about an hour.  They were very professional.

Great TV and great Sam's Club service!

Have been wanting a Samsung TV for a long time. They were a little out of my price range, however, when this TV was offered through Sam's Club, the price was too good to pass up. Soooo very glad I purchased. Love the TV. Didn't know the picture could be better than what I had (Vizio) but this picture is so real, almost like the person is right there with me.

55" Worth the wait !

We purchased this a couple of weeks ago and, so far, are very happy

Beautful picture!

I bought this TV right after Christmas, and so far It seems to work OK. My only concern is a bit of a smell that lasted for a few days. Kind of like something overheating. Now, It seems to be O.K. Picture is good, but some low resolution channels are a bit fuzzy.  However, when I switch to a higher definition channel, they look fine.

So Far, So Good.

We Love the picture quality with this TV and ease to set up and navigate the tech features.  Only complaint so far is the difficulty of downloading netflix, amazon video is delayed if TV has not been on for a time.  This is very frustrating.  For the price however we will live with it.

I bought one of these about a month ago for a great sales price. Unfortunately the screen was cracked and I had to send it back. They said they couldnt just send me a replacement, that they'd have to refund my money and Id have to repurchase it. By the time they refunded my money, the sale was gone. Unfortunately, they didnt give me a rain check to repurchase it for the sale price. So, Im waiting for it to go on sale again. But by the reviews, Im sure I would've loved it. However, I think there was plenty of room to make thos issue right and they dropped the ball.

Screen was cracked

Tv was broke when i receive it from fed ex.  No voice and lines down the side of the picture.   Then had a bad time trying to return it.  And some rude customer service person. 
On top of that took almost two weeks to get reimbursed and no tv to watch.
