One of the best recliners I ever purchased- and the price is almost unbeatable. The quality is as good as any, the glider function is much nicer than a rocker and the swivel is great in limited spaces. the color is outstanding and the functions are great- my only con would be after you recline- to lock it back up you have to exert to lock the leg rest back in- but I am contemplated buying another

Great recliner

We have had this chair for about a month. The more you use it the more comfortable it gets. The price can not be beat. I have seen chairs similar in materials and features selling for more that double what we paid for ours. Free front door delivery was also a plus.

Great chair and great price

I've had my chair for about a week, and I couldn't be more pleased! It's comfortable, nice-looking, and I love the swivel feature. My only disappointment is that I've been trying to order another one, and they're out of stock. Hopefully, more will be available soon.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I got this 2 weeks ago, and haven't missed a chance to sit in it.  It is smooth, and operates well.  The fact that I could get three features (swivel, glide and recline) all in one unit was unbelieve.  The price was more fair than any other chair I shopped for and none had the 3 features with extra charges/special order

Wonderful comfort....looks better than the pix

Loved this chair on first sight, got it home, assembled it with ease quickly.  The look of it would go with either a modern or casual decor, and the color is just perfect.  The leather-ette or bonded leather or whatever it is looks very good and I expect it to hold up well.

But...You pretty much have to have strong legs (and I mean strong) to get the footrest to go down & lock in place.  It pushes down well enough, but to get it to click into a locked position is a real task.  I'm not weak by any means, but felt like a weakling trying to do this.  So be advised.

I've used WD-40 on every moving joint I can find and that's made it a bit easier.  I'll update this review to let you know how that's working after using for awhile

Great, just one problem...

I like that it rocks, but find it a bit difficult to get out of when the foot rest is up and it is difficult to lock.  I feel we can live with the difficulties that have been encountered.  The price was great, it is comfortable, and it fits nicely in my family room.

Nice looking, good color

We bought this recliner and kept it for a couple weeks hoping we would find it more comfortable, unfortunately we did not. The color is very pretty and material seems durable. However, it did not recline easily nor was it easy to put the foot down to original upright position. We returned it to Sam's store without any difficulty. Still on the hunt for a red recliner.

Returned after a couple weeks

I agree with others...great chair other than the footrest is absolutely impossible to close without standing up and pushing in with lots of strength, UGH...be careful because it bounces back open and can knock you over!

Footrest bad design

The chair overall is beautiful!  The leather is very nice, swivel works well, but sitting upright and trying to "glide"  forget it.  It will tip you right out onto the floor.  Pull the footrest release and it pops up and slams your legs.  Recline and fairly comfortable but not nearly big enough for a large person ( I'm 5'10" and weigh 240# ).  Try to get up out of the reclined position and up from the chair is nearly impossible!  You have to sit up straight, lean slightly back, and KICK as hard as your heel will kick... to get the footrest back into the stowed position. Unfortunately I give the chair a POOR rating mainly for size and mechanics.  My chair is for sale!

THIS RECLINER IS NICE AND COMFORTABLE BUT, if you are ELDERLY AND WEAK FORGET IT! 
I'm 52 and in decent condition but, THIS IS TOUGH EVEN FOR ME. You have to literally DIG YOUR HEELS INTO THE FOOTREST.  Good luck!
