Samsung has really did it with the OLED  TV it has great color as compared with its competitor. It really stands out. I’m amazed. I love Samsung TV extra channels, and movies

Very pleased with the TV. However I had to go through a lot to get the tv. The store messed up my curbside pickup. Placed an order to be delivered same day. That didn’t happen. Went to the store to get the last one and they couldn’t take care of the delivery that was not happening. Bought the tv and had to go home and get on the phone with customer service to get it cancelled.
Customer service on the phone was excellent. But in store service was not good at all. Not helpful nor concerned about resolving it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my Samsung 55” class S90FD series 4K OLED Smart TV for a while now, and honestly, it’s completely changed how I watch things at home.

The picture is what really got me first — everything just looks so crisp and lifelike. The colors pop without looking fake, the blacks are nice and deep, and even small details in movies or shows really stand out. Sports especially feel way more exciting because it almost feels like you’re right there.

It’s also just easy to use. The smart features are quick, I can jump into Netflix or YouTube without waiting around, and everything responds right away. No frustrating lag or delays when you’re just trying to relax and pick something to watch.

Sound-wise, I was surprised it actually holds up pretty well on its own. Dialogue is clear, and for everyday watching, I don’t feel like I need extra speakers.

And it looks great in my space too — slim, clean, and not bulky at all. Setup was painless, which I really appreciated because I just wanted to plug it in and enjoy it.

Overall, it’s one of those upgrades you don’t fully appreciate until you’ve lived with it for a bit. Now it’s just part of my daily routine, and I’d definitely recommend it if you want a solid, no-stress 4K TV that actually feels like an upgrade.

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV looks remarkable with flawless 4K and 120hz refresh and sounds superb but it is slow to respond. The TV weighs 55lbs, has great stability, and looks good with movies and games. You can game directly to the TV as well from subscription-based apps like XBOX and Luna. The contrast and brightness come high but can be easily adjusted!

Amazing TV. My family loves it

Bought this tv less than a year ago as treat and my 5th samsung tv in the house.  on xmas day the tv failed to turn on.  Two weeks later, after 5 calls to samsung with empty promises and a  incompetent 3rd party, my tv remains black on my wall with no solid promise to radify it.  this will be my last samsung purchase. and, that's not %231 customers service.  highly disappointed
