There is so much I love about this TV. The picture is bright and crystal clear, and the game mode is perfect for playing on PS5. I also got an amazing Black Friday deal, which made the purchase even sweeter.

One of the main selling points for me was access to Samsung Plus and its free streaming channels. I believe there are close to 700 channels available with ads. That said, because I already subscribe to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount , and Apple TV, I rarely use them. Still, it's a nice feature to have.

Overall, I have mostly positive things to say except for one glaring issue: the remote control. For such an amazing TV, the remote is surprisingly bad. It's tiny, and even though I don't have large hands, I constantly hit buttons I don't mean to. There are no number buttons at all, which I find frustrating. I even purchased a separate Samsung universal remote, which I initially liked, but over time I've grown to dislike it for different reasons.

I don't regret my purchase at all. I just wish Samsung would help a girl out and seriously rethink the remote control situation.

Great value

I was excited to buy because it's my first Samsung TV. But I've had the TV less than a month and have had it randomly lose partial sound and the picture get color distortion. The only way I have fixed it is to turn the tv off for a minute to get the TV to go back to normal.

Disappointed

It's too bad they won't allow you to give zero star ratings. I haven't had this television for a month yet, and I've already had my second service call today. They're telling me they need to reschedule another appointment for next week because they can't figure out what's happening with the screen, which appears to be separating from the frame. I've spoken with Samsung directly, and I'm not happy with them either. They keep having me send photos in and do screen sharing, but they can't seem to get it together. So, I'm considering returning the television because it's become too much of a hassle.

I ordered this tv from Walmart online. It arrived with a factory defect. There was an indentation at the top middle of the screen, which was hardly noticeable until you turned on the tv. There was also a bubble of sorts about 10” into the screen around the indentation. I returned the tv %26 ordered a replacement of the same. The second tv arrived with a cracked screen. The crack was not visible until you turned on the tv. There was no picture, just a crack all the way across the screen. The crack looked eerie, like it was bleeding or leaking, and was of a greenish color. Neither box was damaged leading me to believe both were factory defects on brand new TVs. My husband wants to try a replacement one more time. I really want to be done with this brand. We are seniors %26 it is not easy to keep lifting on these TVs to get them in place only to have to take them back down %26 pack them back up. Not happy.

Not Happy

Instant regret. The picture quality is horrible, much worse than an Amazon Fire TV I bought a few years ago. But my biggest issue is that Samsung forces you into downloading unnecessary apps, create an unnecessary account, and tries to deceive you into singing up with a cable provider through them. The set up took FOREVER and I had to give them everything short of my medical records. Just got the TV yesterday and already thinking of selling it and getting another Amazon Fire. Regretting this purchase so much.

This is seriously a TERRIBLE tv. Constantly loses internet connection, is extremely slow ever since I took it out of the box, and samsung really dropped the ball on this model series. -10/100 is the actual rating I would give if I could. And I am real, and this is why they had this tv on sale for black Friday (2025) and I know i'm not the only one that knows this tv is completely garbage now.

Samsung tvs are trash now. They used to be the best, but that is no longer true. I will never purchase another, as the setup is ridiculously complicated. I used to hookup game systems to it with ease, but now it doesnt wanna recognize them. Buy something else, and dont waste your time on Samsung, or you will be sorry

Beyond disappointing

the volume went out the first week. it did end up coming back on, but the next week the picture went out. it continues to come back on but still had problems periodically.

this is not a regular smart tv, it's not Android anymore.   you can't use Google Play to search apps.  You can't use the tv for anything without a Samsung account.   there's no voice feature, no Bluetooth to add secondary remotes.   I am going to return this and never buy another Samsung product again after this experience
