Great snack food

100% agree with every review here that mentioned how this compares to the real/amazing ham in Italy. Italian ham is on a league of its own in that it has a soft texture and it's own moisture without the watery, slimy stuff of most deli ham. It has fat but it not fatty and has zero of the weird and unexpected chewy bits often found in deli ham. Highly recommended for those who already know Italian ham,but also for picky eaters who just want a ham with smooth and homogeneous texture.

I am Italian and I know very well "prosciutto cotto". It is an awesome product from a very good Italian brand (Rovagnati). Try it on your sandwich! Highly recommended!

It's not too salty. Not watery at all.

This ham is very similar in taste of the one you can buy in France with real taste !
Nothing to compare with the watery and sugary American ham…..
It's delicious in sandwiches or even in the pizza !
So sad to see it's discontinued….

Bought this twice and was excited to find it, tastes fine; it is sliced so thin, it is difficult to get the slices apart. Recommend putting paper in between.  Also after being in my very cold fridge for less than a week it turned brown around the edges and was smelly and bad.  Only buy if you can eat it quickly.
