I ordered this Slim Playstation 5 for my son for his birthday. The family already had a regular Playstation 5. He loves the slim. 

The Astro Bot is a great version. It had a cheaper price than some of the other versions.

Great Product, Slim Design

Was looking for the Astro Bot bundle but could not get one at the discounted price of $449.  Saw the deal at a Walmart about 20 miles away and I bought it. My kids have been asking for the PS5 for the longest time but I was holding off till the price was below $500. The bundle is cheaper than the standalone version  plus you get ASTRO BOT included.

Get PS5 the Bundle

Was hesitant for a long time about upgrading to PS5, but I'm extremely happy that I finally came across the right deal and pulled the trigger! If you've had the 4 for a while and are just thinking about the 5, I say go for it! Or go for the Pro, I wish I had!

So  I’ve noticed all the GameStops in my general area are in Walmart parking lots… Just about everything is $5-$10 more at GameStop as well… Walmarts prices are also better than purchasing from the PlayStation store as well… My counsel along with all my accessories have been purchased from Walmart… I have yet to see anywhere other than Walmart that has equal to or cheaper prices… Literally EVERY game I’ve bought I’ve saved $5  making the purchase through Walmart

I got this for my daughter's birthday. She loves it so much and the Astro Bot game that you could download for free on the ps store omg we both played that and we love it. I highly recommend this especially with the Astro Bot game, cause bith adults and kids can play it. its also challenging at times so thats where mom comes in play. Also some of the games we already own for the ps4 were able to download and upgrade for free to the ps5 standards. I can also still enjoy my ps4 games to and bring all our saved data over from the ps4. Great graphics.  The only thing i would not recommend is the ity bity stand legs that come with the ps5 i feel like they were a bit under budget haha. but overall great for the price, bets buying the ps5 and then the Astro Bot game! Since its a bundle we got, we got if for less.

As far as "products" go, the PS5 (disc Edition) is this is the single best purchase I have ever made (second only to a great memory foam mattress topper) that immediately improved my quality of life. This is the best price on the PS5 Disc edition available anywhere full stop. I play games with my family and friends now and it's the one time everyone puts their phones away (except when we need an online guide). I know I am late to the literal and proverbial game but WOW, the PS5 wins the day among the major consoles by a mile. The elements that give it the edge over XBOX X are the controller design and haptics, clean and intuitive UI, and most importantly the Sony exclusive games. 

This is the best price on the PS5 Disc edition. It includes the game of the year title "Astro Bot." It's in many ways the ultimate integration of the controller haptics and gameplay available on the platform (it's not my style but my spouse LOVED it, beat it in 2 days). I would be very carefully to tend to the box and keep everything immaculate, keep the original zip ties and don't tear any plastic pieces. This particular edition will have substantial resale value. Sales of this unit appear to be region restricted and sell out right away. The same system is selling for $550-$600 on eBay unopened already. 

I have come full circle in a lot of ways as the game that really got me hooked when I could care less about video games was the original Final Fantasy 7 on PS1. It's 2025 and the developer (Square Enix) have recaptured the magic with their remake that's being released as a trilogy (it will go the way of "Mass Effect Legendary" and come as an all in one soon enough) but "Final Fantasy 7 Remake was amazing while Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is a masterpiece so exquisite I am stunned it didn't win game of the year but there was steep competition. 

Parents out there, rather than fork out $500 for a Switch II or $400 for the OLED original (if that's what your kid wants) go with the PS5 and go with the "Astro Bot Edition" (especially if they're on the younger side). That way, the console and gameplay stays at home where it becomes an interactive entertainment focal point. This is a difficult call because Zelda BOTW and TOTK are 2 of the greatest games ever made and are exclusive to Nintendo. However, they end up putting a literal digital wall between you and your kid at restaurants and road trips etc.

PS5: Quality of Life Improvement for the Family

PlayStation 5 is great but the AstroBot game is an absolute win! Best game I’ve ever played hands down, sorry Mario!!

Great value for this bundle! Astrobot is the perfect game and example to see what the PS5 and the dual sense controller is capable of!

One of the best games on the best console

The PS5 works great and was delivered well and on time. The only thing that is weird is that the game control preferences were set up in an odd way-as if someone else had this "new" station before me. The controls were not set to regular defaults. I think there is a 45 percent chance that someone returned this, and they very carefully resealed and resold as new. 
The graphics are great of course, and everything boots up really fast. Is it fast enough to ditch your PS4 over? Probably not, but it's still nice. If it's new, that is-LOL!

Good Playstation, Possibly Used, Sold as New

I would not have purchased it from Walmart. They dropped their prices by $100 the day after I purchased it and would NOT match the price.  Walmart is HORRIBLE.
