Very disappointed and fed up with Sam's online order %26 delivery. Item was not in the box with the other items I had ordered. I got know where with this new customer service who cannot replace or refund the item. They claim they need to send my request to another division. Took the reference number and disputed the charge on my Sam's bank holder! I never had issues like this before with Sam's . I have been a loyal shopper since 1991!!! This is the second incident! No more. Lost a customer for online ordering and possibly for any future purchases.
