Defrosted this in the fridge & put it in the crockpot on medium. I added onions and pepper. It was an impulse buy for aparty!
Turned out great! Put it over a buns with cheese- mozzarella was best choice! 
Everyone really enjoyed trying something new!

PAPA Charlie’s! This is the beef to buy! Can’t beat this beef for hosting parties at home. Simple to heat up and serve. I add black pepper to mine and it gives it a great added flavor. I always get compliments on the beef and people are surprised that’s it’s frozen. Great value for the money.

I buy this for Christmas Day buffet every year.  The meat is tender and flavorful.  The price at the club is great.  Put the meat in a slow cooker all day along with peppers and it makes a great sandwich.

Yummy Italian beef

Papa Charlie’s beef is so tender and the gravy had just the right amount of flavor, not overpowering like the other Italian Beef I’ve purchased. There is enough meat in this container to make 5 large sandwiches. I will definitely purchase this again for my family.
