I have used Pur water filters for over 30 years I know in my sink faucet mounted filter. The water is really good no chlorine none of that stuff… I trust pure to make the best water filters I've used. I'm glad I can get them at Walmart. Thanks Walmart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the faucet mount and have used these filters for about 20  years! The water tastes and smells better than from the faucet. It really eliminates the chlorine smell from city water.

Shalamallamykum I have been utilizing this Instrument a Loooooong time for clearer water especially with older Plumbing makes the water very appreciated instead of having that dead taste, who knows what taste you get with out the Device, good investment without a big price tag.

Clearer water

This is a good buy. I have a faucet mount filter for my kitchen. This is the first replacement of the filter. I like being abel to get it in a multi pack. That means I dont have to think about buying them again for 9 months. I use the filtered water to drink, for cooking, and for my nugget ice maker.  there is no nasty chemical smell to my water anymore and no more plastic bottles from the copious amount of bottled water I used to buy.

I like it. It suits my needs at home. It's exactly what I was looking for. Both of those items are great thank you.

I ordered filters for my faucet at home,

I've been having trouble getting a filter to fit my under- the- sink unit. this was easy to install.

My water tastes and smells very chlorinated but with these filters I can't detect it at all. Good value for a 3 pack too!

Fantastic filtration

I love everything about the Pur. It is nice and small so it doesn't take up much space on my older sink. It works very well and I love how simple it is to switch from filtering to not. They also made it very easy to switch the old filters with new ones. It also is a modern design that is easy to clean which is important to me.

Simple, modern design

These filters did not reset my the filter unit. The light is still red. I tried 2 of the 3 filters. 
Usually when I replace the filter the unit will reset and the light will turn green indicating the filter is good. The light will turn yellow, indicating the filter should be replaced soon. Then the light will turn red, indicating the filter needs to be replaced.

Bad Filters

Initially, filtered water flows thru at an acceptable pace.  With continued use (far less than the 3 month supposed shelf life), filtered water slows to a painfully slow trickle.  I actually counted the seconds to fill up a 16 cube, normal sized ice cube tray... 4 seconds per cube, equalling 1 minute and 4 seconds.  64- Mississippis long, lol.  It's like having a Brita water filter, all over again.
