I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERIVICE. I WAS SENT TO THE HARVEY STORE AND DID NOT KNOW UNTIL I ARRIVED AT THE KENNER STORE. HE SHOWED ME THE PICKUP STORE WAS LISTED ON THE PRINTOUT. I SHOP AT THE KENNER STORE. WHY DID I HAVE TO GO ACROSS THE RIVER?

Just what I needed

We purchase these regularly and are glad Sam's Club replenishes the supply often. I like the handles so I can pick them up with one hand. I can't hold the large round bottles without using both hands! Thank you for continuing to carry these boxes.

Best bottles for water.

Great Water.  We bought it because our area had the water shut off and wasn't sure if we would be under a boil water ordinance. Luckily we were not, but it's good to have on hand in case something else happens.

Tastes Great

We live in the country and Ozarka is our favorite drinking water. The six pack gallons are super convenient for our family and especially great when you order for pickup and Sams loads them up for you!

Great tasting, super convenient

This water has a good taste (not like plastic as some jugged or bottled water has). My husband prefers the jugs and is always requesting more. So Sam’s is the place to go.

Always good

I’m no longer parched with these bad boys, I slam them one gallon at a time like a frat kid slams beers on dollar night at the bar (once he’s legal that is).

Sometimes drink so much water I have to go to the bathroom more often than usual.

Water for days

Ease of use is the reason I pay extra for this water. most other brands have switched to the small neck bottles that do not pour as smoothly. I only gave it 4 stars because it is expensive in comparison to when you buy a 40 pack 1 liter Ozarka which is more than 6 gallons for $2 cheaper. But I make 1 to 2 gallons of tea daily and pay extra for the better delivery option.

Great tasting but not a great value

i am supposed to get a delivery every other month.  Instead, they are delivering every two weeks! Your website is terrible and rarely works, and, no one ever answers your phone number! Please have a supervisor email me ASAP. I do not need nine 5 gallon bottles in six weeks!
