Great price and quality.  Absolutely beautiful faucets.  They also work very well.

We replaced faucets in three bathroom sinks.  very pleased with look and quality of the units

Bought three (3) of these for my house. They are beautiful. However, there are problems:
1) when installed my hot water faucet leaked as if the water was turn on.
2) the faucets aren’t tight and twist over time with use
3) when you fill out the online support page explaining the problems, the site continuously gives you an error code telling you the video AND explanation exceeds the maximum size of data allowed.
4) when you CALL support to ask what to do since you can’t send a defective unit, you can’t understand the support agent, they don’t know the product when you try to explain the problem, AND the only thing they keep telling you is to “fill out the defective form for the product and submit it so the situation can be addressed”.
5) it’s a beautiful pricey faucet that you can’t use or send back for a replacement.

BEAUTIFUL BUT DEFECTIVE

Looks great but doesn't last! A regular sponge scratched off the black finish of the drain piece. I got a replacement and only paid for shipping. However, after a year and not using any course sponge, the black finish is wearing off on the handles. When I tried a magic eraser, my eraser started turning black. I'm not sure what products are okay for this fixture to extend it's life, but it seems like mine will need replacing sooner than expected.

Didn't last very long…

I bought two of these about a month ago and installed the first one with no problem. The second one has a defective "quick disconnect" hose which is leaking. I called the manufacturer and they suggested i take it back to Sam's Club and or take pictures of the receipt and the defective part and send it to them. They would then decide whether or not to replace it! What a joke.

Nice looking

After less than a month, I'm returning this faucet because it has a defective valve, which caused pressure to build in the water line and then burst, causing a disaster in the bathroom until shutting off the water at the shut-off valve.  I'd not heard of this brand, but will not ever purchase another product from this manufacturer.  Happily, Sam's Club has an easy return policy.

This Faucet is very poorly made. Starts leaking after a few months. High end Brands like Delta, Kohler, Moen etc. last forever. This one did not even last for a year and my plumber says he cannot even get the parts since this company does not use industry standard parts. DO NOT BUY.
