Didn’t expect to love this ring so much

Battery lasts almost a week, sleep tracking is spot on, and the ring is so light I forget it’s on. The app keeps it simple with a daily readiness score that actually helps me decide when to rest or train. Doesn’t feel like tech, just a normal ring. Totally worth it if you want better sleep data without the hassle.

This is my first Oura Ring

I’ve been wearing it for 5 days, and it’s so comfortable that I can even sleep in it without noticing it’s there.
